13:42 Update: Our hosting supplier is continuing to investigate and are making their best efforts to resolve the issue. We will update again as soon as anything changes. The Mobile Apps will continue to work offline in the meantime, and will not lose any data built up by your users, but will not receive new data until the issue is resolved. There is some limited availability on the Desktop Application, but full functionality is yet to be restored.
